Everything You Need to Know
Exchanges
We’ll accept exchange requests for items that are unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email alphagreen@waalkllc.com with the subject line, "Exchange Request".
If you wish to return for an exchange ,we must receive your request within 5 days of the date you received your item.
Refunds
At this time, unfortunately we do not accept refunds and all items are final sale or can only be exchanged. In the future, this policy may change to include returns and refunds but currently, we do not accept refund requests.
